The Training and Placement wing is spearheaded by Prof. Edwin Anthony Amalanathan K., Director (T&P), M.A., M.Phil., B.Ph. who has worked in various capacities in different colleges. He has been in the training for 11 years. Before taking up the charge as Director he has worked as Principal of a renowned MBA college for five years. He is well sought person for conducting Seminars and Workshops on Personality Development – Psychology as a whole, Communication Skills – both verbal and non-verbal and Teaching Methodologies by many of the colleges in Tamil Nadu. He has conducted more than 400 seminars and workshops both for students and faculty members. He is positioned as resource person for soft skills in many colleges. He has designed curriculum for soft skills, personality development and Communication skills in English for a number of colleges. Adding feather to his cap, he is the first rank holder in his studies.
